Grade 2 listed Building Extension, renovation and refurbishment
The Site: Coldharbour Lodge located within the grounds of Coldharbour Farm Stadhampton, Oxfordshire – Grade 2 Listed Building.
Project: A homeowner client had extensively renovated Coldharbour Farm which had been purchased from a long serving farming family. They now wanted to focus on other buildings within the farm grounds.
Coldharbour Lodge a historic grade 2 listed Cottage, previously extended of poor construction, the original cottage was in much need of sympathetic repair renovation work preserving its history and character.

Ora design architecture was appointed to:
- Feasibility: Develop sketch designs and evaluate.
- Survey: Prepare accurate existing drawings.
- Planning and Listed Building application: Prepare application drawings and documentation and obtain consents.
- Building Regulations: Develop Construction methods, prepare detailed drawings for Tender and Construction.
- Tender: Obtain and analyse Contractor’s tender prices.
- Technical Co-ordination: Co-ordinate and manage all technical aspects.
- Detailed construction information – Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical specification.
