Project: Conversion of Cattle shed and historic Milking parlour to 3 new generous Eco dwellings and ancillary spaces located in Woodham, Buckinghamshire situated along Akerman street a roman road now referred to as the A41

Ora design architecture was appointed as lead Consultant on full architectural service arrangement to,

Feasibility: Develop sketch designs and evaluate.
Planning: Prepare application drawings and documentation to obtain a Prior Approval - Class-Q Agricultural buildings to dwellinghouses consent.
Building Regulations: Develop Construction methods, prepare detailed drawings for Tender and Construction.
Tender: Obtain and analyse Contractor’s tender prices.
Detailed construction information: Prepare further detailed construction drawings and technical specification.
Technical Co-ordination: Co-ordinate and manage all technical aspects.
Site Supervision: Represent the client’s interest and provide technical support throughout the build process.

- Rainwater and gray water harvesting whilst maintaining the bio-diversity of the site and historic lake.
