The Site: Little Yeats Barn Buckinghamshire, Woodham, Nr Kingswood, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Project: Conversion of Cattle shed and historic Milking parlour to 3 new generous Eco dwellings and ancillary spaces located in Woodham, Buckinghamshire situated along Akerman street a roman road now referred to as the A41
Ora design architecture was appointed as lead Consultant on full architectural service arrangement to,
- Feasibility: Develop sketch designs and evaluate.
- Planning: Prepare application drawings and documentation to obtain a Prior Approval - Class-Q Agricultural buildings to dwellinghouses consent.
- Building Regulations: Develop Construction methods, prepare detailed drawings for Tender and Construction.
- Tender: Obtain and analyse Contractor’s tender prices.
- Detailed construction information: Prepare further detailed construction drawings and technical specification.
- Technical Co-ordination: Co-ordinate and manage all technical aspects.
- Site Supervision: Represent the client’s interest and provide technical support throughout the build process.
